Procedure & Cues – Begin in pushup position.  Create torque at your shoulder and tension in your belly.  Widen feet.  Maintain a stable torso and tension throughout body as you raise 1 arm to tap the opposite shoulder.  Return to pushup position, reset the core and repeat on the other side. If you cannot maintain a neutral torso widen feet.  

Common Errors

      • Relaxed core
      • Arched lower back
      • Hip rotation during tap
