All the core work will target everything. Though, think about this… the term “core” is just so general and broadly misconceived. My understanding of “core” strength is the ability to create stability/tension to protect the spine and transfer force between lower/upper body. All the musculature in the torso are involved and trying to “target” specific areas hardly makes any change both functionally and aesthetically. In fact, it may do harm and distract you from doing more effective things with your time.
Trust me, all the core work in the programs really hammer hard. If you think it’s “too easy”, remember to maintain tension and breathe through your belly while under constant tension.. Deep slow breath in and a big exhale. It’s not as easy as most people think because we’re so used to breathing in lazy posture.
