    Hi all

I got injured A while ago when my right foot slid out to the right side making a cut on wet artificial turf. Ever since, i have pain in my adductor/groin region and haven’t felt “healthy”.
I went to the doctor and Physio.

The diagnosis was basically that my movement quality is a mess and more specifically that my external rotators are too weak and i need to work my glutes tons.

So i have been rolling as well as i can (kinda hard to roll the groin region) and stretch, while doing sideplanks, miniband exercises etc to strengthen the glutes.

I still can’t fully play a weekend long tournament without experiancing intense pain though and whenever i try to stretch the Adductors, the inside of my knee hurts, before i even really feel a stretch.

Do you guys have any additional tips on what i could try or how to release the tense muscles?

Thank you so much in andvance and sorry for the long post!
