When training the Boracay Dragons earlier this year, I noticed that too of our top performing athletes didn’t eat meat. I ask them how they feel since they stopped eating meat and the answer “I feel lighter, much lighter, it helps me to feel faster on the pitch”…
Currently Tara and I are given it a try. I’ve had meat in my diet consistently my whole life.
I’m 5 days in and I already feel lighter and feel my digestive function is improving. (FYI we are eating fish)
Anyone every gone through this? Have any insights, resources or opinions to share?
