Here is a KB Circuit 6 pieces… I love the Sumo Squat Stretch first to open up the hips. All the one sided KB moves are challenging and help to develop symmetry

Good stuff. Do you use these for conditioning/non-lifting days, Tim? I don’t schedule them regularly but I’ve always liked complexes as option for conditioning workouts. For ultimate players it makes sense to get a decent amount of cardio work through running but high rep strength movements work well too and have their own benefits.

Morgan, this would depend on where I am in the calendar year … I like this for “capacity” building, like Program. Two phase 2 type of phase… or during the in-season on non lifting days as sort of a “hip extension” capacity type workout. I feel that high volume swings transfer to glute driven hip extension capacity and that can be helpful to develop cutters who need to sprint for a long time especially in the beach game. I mean if I can do 50 EHE moments in a loaded manner (swings) then I should be more explosive on each of the 50 hip extension moments that come backside focused acceleration in small spaces …

Again, context… I wouldn’t do this if I was a cutter on grass as much as I’d do it if I was a cutter on beach…
