    Hi,
    I’d like to know if you have any recommendations for mobility exercises. I have a problem with back thigh tightness.

    Do you mean you have tight hamstrings?

    You would do well to smr, using a foam roller or a lacrosse ball with tack & stretch technique. Followed by a hamstring stretch.

    Also, mobility is more about the ability for a joint to move around, while flexibility is how pliable the muscle belly is. The flexibility of the muscle can be improved with smr and stretching.
