It is also totally fine to repeat a program.
Although we always want to progress and be better with our programs, spending some time repeating a program without trying to change/chase much can be a wise decision. Bones, tendons, ligaments adapt at a far slower rate than muscle and neurons. Those particular structures simply require time, hence repeating exactly what you did last season (including same weights, etc.) is still making adaptation.
