Running an athlete performance combine may be easier than you think!  We made this module for you to serve as your go to guide to implement our stable performance tests.  You can use these tests at tryouts to scout talent, with your existing team to collect “pre-testing” data and motivate your teammates, or you could use it these tests during your pod workouts to create competition.  All you will need is a stopwatch and cones!

The Tests

  • Linear Acceleration – 40 Yard Dash
  • Change of Direction – Serpentine
  • Change of Direction – 5-10-5
  • Change of Direction Conditioning – 300 Shuttle

Measurement Quality Note:  In order to gather consistent data  it is important that the setup, the procedure and the instruction is consistent. In order to improve consistency and accuracy designate the same people to do the testing.
