A tool to rehab nagging injuries or soreness —

Get more out of your day —
Everyone has the same amount of time in a day but it’s impressive how much some people can get done with their 24 hours. We really liked this TED Talk about how to use your time. 

ICYMI on Slack: On eating right —
We had two similar pieces of content come through the nutrition channel about eating foods that are more nutritious compared to eating a certain diet. This talks more about vegetarian/vegan nutrition and this one is a list of the 100 most nutritious foods. The two links together give a good overview of this concept.

A Sleep Relaxation Practice —
We can’t stress the importance of sleep enough. Here is a breathing practice to help you relax and prepare for a great night sleep. We recommend turning your phone off or on airplane mode, wifi off and no light in your room. Taking an Epsom salt bath, a hot shower or optimally a sauna session to get body temperature up before bed can help you relax as well.

Start Journaling —
The more we listen to podcasts and read articles about high producers we find that most actively journal or keep detailed notes. Jim Rohn says, “If you’re serious about becoming a wealthy, powerful, sophisticated, healthy, influential, cultured, and unique individual, keep a journal.” Here’s an article to help you find inspiration to start and if you need more inspiration here’s a list of top pens in various price ranges.
