Nike just released a podcast called “Trained” that explores the cutting-edge of holistic fitness to help make you a better trainer and athlete. We liked the latest two about sleep and diet. The episodes with Brett Kirby and Shalane Flanagan are also recommended.

Last week, we found out that a local coffee shop in the Boston area now have the reusable straws we shared in a previous 6-notes for purchase. It’s cool to see how small things can make big changes!
