I play Aus nationals season. Our regional championships are by Feb 23rd and Nationals by the last week of April. I’ve been following Programme two (Love this programme). However, at this time of the year am I considered to be in season and I should be doing in-season programme instead of programme 2?
Throw some light on the programme planning, please. Also how many agility/ conditioning sessions should we be doing at the stage leading up to nationals in April.
