Is there a way that I can save the videos on my mobile device in the order that I am doing the exercises in? I have an excel spreadsheet with the links. Going between apps is a bit of a hassle but worse is that I have to download the videos each time I want to see them. That is too bandwidth intense.
I just want to see a reminder video each time I do an exercise. 50+year-old rookie! I use screenshots in Evernote but it is not easy for video. Any easy and simple video solutions out there?
Thanks for any insight.

Anybody has any other ideas?

April 5, 2017 at 4:14 PM #3588PatrickParticipantI just did a test. I went to the gym and kept an eye out on my bandwidth. I spent 0.8 GB of data watching the videos. I was partially cautious too. With my 7 GB of file transfer per month on my mobile, that is not a feasible solution. Hence having videos local (on my phone) seems to be my best option.

April 5, 2017 at 8:34 PM #3595PatrickParticipantYeah, I am looking for a way to download them but that doesn’t seem to be available.
April 5, 2017 at 9:51 PM #3596GooseParticipantUnfortunately we cannot make them downloadable. Do you know if you gym has wifi available? If not, request it! I bet other members of your gym would appreciate it as well.
Our hope is that as you become familiar with the exercise names and the movements/cues that you will not need to watch the videos every gym session. I know a of another member (66 yro!) that really liked trying to perfect the exercises and would therefore watch the videos quite often as well. Fortunately, he was able to use the gym’s wifi, mitigating the data issue. Nowadays he has the moments all memorized and reads the written cues if he needs a nudge. His gym days were taking way too long watching every video every time.

I will see if I can film my PC screen and have that as a copy on my phone. YouTube videos seem to be downloadable but private Vimeo videos are not.
When you guys make it big, it would be great if you could invest in a ‘download video’ option.
Thanks for all
