I’ve slogged through the tryout process for my local club team, and now all that remains is the final tryout on the 21st. Does anyone have tips for maximizing physical (and mental) readiness in the next two weeks?
I’ve built a strong base by completing program 1 and triphasic 1. I’ve also completed agility zero and am about halfway through an eight week conditioning program.
Is it even worth trying to complete the conditioning at this point? Or should I start tapering?
