    Hey MP Community and Team,

    I sprained my ankle a few days ago landing awkwardly after a sky. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a rehab protocol for the ankle. I strained my hamstring earlier this season, and was able to recover astonishingly quickly after following the protocol Goose laid out here

    Is there anything similar I can use for the ankle?

    Rylan, Inversion or Eversion?

    Do you have a voodoo band handy?

    How is the swelling at this point?
