Just wanted to get a small calrification on the ESD work:rest ratio.
150 shuttle for example. 1:2
Do predefine say 30:60 for all reps?
or do i make the work:rest exact each rep?
if i run the first in 25, do I rest 50?
and then by rep 5 I run it in 31, do i rest 62?
Me? I took my average rep time and used that as the basis of my rest time. Makes it easy when i only have a basic stopwatch.
e.g. issue for my case…
0:00 rep 1 25s
1:15 Rep 2 25s
2:30 rep 3 27s
3:51 rep 4 28s
5:15 rep 5 30s.
This is hard to keep track when your brain cant think unless you have a calculator or some jazzy stopwatch.
That’s why i jusy took an average rep time and used 2x that as my rest time.
