    Got any recommendations for indoor conditioning for Lei-Out? I’ve been doing some light stuff on non-lifting days but should probably ramp up a bit to be tournament-ready in a few weeks. I might be able to do some 20-25 yard shuttles in the turf room at my gym if it’s slow but otherwise most of the ESD programs are a no-go.

    Also I’ve got one more workout left in Program Zero phase three and then finishing phase four by end of January. Tim said awhile back Triphasic One would be out around the start of 2017. Is that still on track?

    Conditioning, I’m thinking you need to do the HIIT stuff. The MP conditioning programs are basically HIIT stuff using movements that involve OFP and IFP. While it’s good to condition O/IFP if you can, conditioning essentially is about energy systems, so get on a bike, heavy sled, or slideboard.

    Hit your high heart rates for the prescribed time, recover, then repeat. The beach will really really challenge your power output compared to grass… I was recently at the beach for Christmas with family and sprinting on the beach sucks when it’s not your normal environment 🙁

    I’m not in the loop regarding Triphasic.One 😛
