I’ve noticed a couple times that there seems to be a difference between the Online Template and the PDF Template. An example would be in Program 1-P1D1 Standard, for ‘Transition to Lift’ the website says Mini Band -> Pogo -> Crossover Bounce whereas online it says Mini Band -> Toe Touch Squat -> Pogo. I know that these aren’t huge things but in general, should we go by the website program or the PDF program>
