I’m looking to start strength training, but have never done any before.
I was just wondering how long a phase is?
Is it a Week or month?

As I understand it each phase of a program is 3-4 weeks long. If your starting with program zero, 3 weeks should be used but the other ones I would select 3/4 Based on how the timing conformed with my peaking goals.
Each program is different, but you can determine pretty quickly how long each phase is by seeing how many weeks are prescribed. 🙂
