    Is the double C triset (C1-C3 done twice)in Phase 2 Day 1 in Program 0 a mistake or intentional? Found it odd that it didn’t follow the other days in the program.

    Also, will the PDF workout template for Program 1 be coming out soon? I’m hoping to get a print out and unsub from MPFPT for a while to save some moneys.
