Phase 0 is a bit special in the sense that its not really a workout. More its a set of skills that if practiced consistently throughout program.zero will lead to more success.
For example, anytime you do an SLDL or a Single Leg drill, think about tripod foot.
Anytime you do a split squat or 1/2 kneeling drill, think about tripod foot together with railroad tracks.
When you do push ups or any pushing movement, think about creating torque at the shoulder… any so on.
A wise move is to go through Phase 0 practice the drills and make sure you understand them then start on Phase 1… You will see these cues come up time and time again throughout the programming…
