What are the reco’d rest times after each set, triset, etc?

Also any word on when we’ll get a speed and agility program?

    Sup rgervase,

The idea of a triset (or any multi set) is to save time by sliding in accessory/non-competing work between each set of main lifts. Meaning, ideally you run through the triset one exercise after another.
If you really need a number, I’ll say take 15-30 seconds between exercises in a triset so you can stay focused on each one one every time, because technique and doing it right far outweighs blowing through a workout.

There’s some speed/agility videos being uploaded lately, so I think a program may be coming soon hehe (but i dunno) πŸ™‚

    rgervase,

For most trisets and most trained athletes, 40 seconds is a sufficient rest period. When we post programs with a cardio demand, we will offer more specificity.

4 Agility programs have been written and going through final review before posting. We will get them up ASAP! Thank you!!
