    Hey!

    So most of the lifting days are broken up into sections, for example program zone phase 1, day 1 has A, B and C sections, with 3 lifts in each section.

    Should you do one set of A1, then one set of A2, then one set of A3?

    Or do all the A1 sets together, then all the A2 sets together.. ?

    – CORRECT

    These are called trisets. They are like mini circuits. You do one set of each exercise in the triset (a1,a2,a3) then repeat.

    So, 3 sets of triset A is a1,a2,a3 / a1,a2,a3 / a1,a2,a3.
