    Is there a difference between the program set on the app (is it personalised?) and the programs that can be accessed in the website itself? Does it follow the sequence of starting from phase 0?

    Currently I’m living in a country that is still in a state of partial lockdown so weights are an issue for me. I do have a small home based gym but my limited weights is not enough to push myself. Do i increase the intensity or do I increase the volume or maybe even both?

    Is there rests in between the trisets? Are we pushing ourselves past the recommended reps? I have a bodybuilding background so I have this habit of pushing myself to induce hypertrophy and doing 5 reps with the little weights irks me that I’m losing quality in the workout itself.
