This is solid. It’d be better if we could see your foot and see what your arch is doing. Really want to make sure you are pressing hard through your big toe and mid-foot.
The only big thing to correct, assuming you are in an eccentric phase… is the slight “hitch” at the bottom. You want to have a consistent smooth descent all the way down, even the last 2 inches. Once you execute that smooth eccentric, blast up. We shouldn’t see that little bouncy hitch at the bottom in this phase. Save that for conversion to power phases.
