    Hi MPFPT,
I subscribed to the site so I could find a training routine for the winter that would help me. I am going to play WJUC in August 2018, so that is where I want to peak. I want to gain strength, also grow a bit in size and of course get faster and agile. Initally my plan was to do a lot of lifting to gain strength until march, and then convert back to standard outdoor practice including agility and conditioning and running. I looked through both program zero and program one and altough it’s clear that one should do program zero first in order to do all the techniques and movements correctly later on. But if I start program zero now, I will finish it in the beginning of February, and if I then continue to go to Phase One, that will end in the beginning of May, at which point I already want to be doing a lot more running and outdoor practice and 3 times a week in the gym would be too much.
So would it make sense to cut a part of the Phase zero, say the first 3 weeks, or is it possible to do phase zero 3 times a week and finish it in 6 weeks instead of 9?

    Spot on.

If you aren’t playing any Ultimate and you have hardly anything to do between lifting days, you could slide a speed & agility program.

You are young. You dont need to lift like a beast. U just need lots of good quality reps.

Thanks Zi! I will look into combining it with a speed & agility program.
