    Hi,
    first, thanks for the great resources. This website it’s being of great help.

    Nevertheless, I’m left with a couple of questions I couldn’t really find an answer for.
    Reading the strength program (g.e. zero), it’s not quite clear to me why the exercises are divided into triplets and what that implies. Also, what about resting time in between exercises and triplet? Maybe I missed some fundamental explanatory section?

    Also, in the promotion videos I heard about a smartphone app. I couldn’t find any more information about it. Where can I find it?

    I am not aware of a phone app. I think what you saw is a mobile format of the website.

    We call these triplets “trisets”. They are 3-exercise circuits. Once you complete circuit/triset A, you move on to B. Why use trisets? The most basic explanation is that we want in some cases to pair together movements and in other cases offer some rest for a muscle group/movement pattern while training another muscle group/movement pattern.

    There is no app for the site yet. But the website was designed from the ground up to be mobile friendly πŸ™‚
