first, thanks for the great resources. This website it’s being of great help.
Nevertheless, I’m left with a couple of questions I couldn’t really find an answer for.
Reading the strength program (g.e. zero), it’s not quite clear to me why the exercises are divided into triplets and what that implies. Also, what about resting time in between exercises and triplet? Maybe I missed some fundamental explanatory section?
Also, in the promotion videos I heard about a smartphone app. I couldn’t find any more information about it. Where can I find it?
